Dennis Warnecke

A pioneer in turf and agriculture biologicals, Dennis Warnecke has over 25 years experience in this exciting and expanding industry. Dennis is a highly respected leader in biological controls for golf courses in the Western United States and Canada since 1985. He has worked with many prestigious golf courses, some of which have hosted such major golf tournaments as the U.S. Women’s Open and the U.S. Senior Open. Dennis resides in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado where he began his career in organics and biologicals. He is the owner and president of Eco-Solutions Inc. and Organically Grown Lawn Service, which specializes in organic alternatives in the turf grass industry. A native of Washington State, Dennis received his higher education at Eastern Washington University. Dennis is an avid outdoorsman and truly enjoys sharing this passion with his wife and two children.

John Curtis

A third generation native to Colorado Springs, John was raised in Cheyenne Canon where he developed a love for the outdoors. Before joining Organically Grown, John attended college in Phoenix, Arizona and the University of Colorado in Boulder and worked in construction and manufacturing. John has been with Organically Grown since 1995, and most enjoys helping educate customers. Married since 2005, John enjoys spending time with his dog Nacona and wife, Linda. They garden, walk, watch movies, and love to jeep in the great outdoors. John’s other outdoor activities include golfing, skiing, and mountain biking.

Michael Lively

Originally from Missouri, Michael moved to Colorado Springs in 1998. A team member of Organically Grown since 1998, Michael has years of field experience and extensive training through Colorado Association of Lawn Care Professionals and Rocky Mountain Golf Course Superintendent Association. Michael Lively is our lead technician, handling daily operations and training of new employees. He is invaluable in dealing with day-to-day operations at Organically Grown and interacting with our team members to assist in the needs of our clients.With many interests, Michael most enjoys disc golf, camping, fishing, and he has a special interest in music.

Carl Clif Strobel

A Wisconsin native, Carl moved to Colorado in 1980 and worked at Keystone for 22 years as a Lift Operations Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance Manager, and 12 years Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at The Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Carl has been with Organically Grown since 2002 and enjoys working outside and assisting customers with their lawn in this challenging climate. Carl shows attention to detail and a caring attitude in helping Organically Grown Customers. Outside of his work, Carl enjoys riding his motorcycle, singing in his church choir, and raising his son AJ with his wife Diana. Go Packers!
